milkGEN’s services and online learning content are intended for individuals seeking lactation support and breastfeeding education. By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are accessing services for personal use and not for unauthorized commercial purposes.

• You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, scheduling consultations and filling the Health History Questionnaire.

2. Description of Services & Terms of Engagement

milkGEN provides:

• Lactation Consultation Services: Professional breastfeeding support, either in-person or virtual. These services are provided based on the latest clinical guidelines but do not replace medical advice from a healthcare provider.

• Digital Learning Library: Subscription-based access to breastfeeding education materials.

• Community & Resources: Educational content, webinars, and support materials to assist in the breastfeeding journey.

All services are offered in good faith to support your breastfeeding goals but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Updates & Modifications

milkGEN reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any of its services, pricing, or content at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Limitations of Virtual Breast Exams & Pumping Assessments

milkGEN offers virtual lactation consultations, which may include visual assessments of breasts, pumping, and latch techniques. However, due to the inherent limitations of virtual care, clients acknowledge and accept that:

• Virtual assessments do not provide the same level of accuracy as in-person hands-on exams.

• A thorough breast exam may be limited by camera angles, lighting, and the inability to palpate breast tissue.

• Pumping assessments are based on visual and verbal descriptions rather than direct hands-on evaluation.

• Any recommendations given are based on the best available information provided by the client.

By using milkGEN’s virtual services, you voluntarily accept these limitations and release milkGEN, its consultants, and affiliates from any liability related to the accuracy or effectiveness of virtual assessments. You are encouraged to seek in-person medical evaluation when necessary.

5. Guarantees & Accountability

milkGEN strives to provide high-quality lactation support based on professional standards. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results from consultations or digital content.

• Information provided should be used as guidance and does not substitute medical advice from a healthcare professional.

• Users are responsible for consulting their healthcare provider for medical concerns.

6. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Materials

All content provided by milkGEN, including text, videos, graphics, and digital learning resources, is the exclusive property of milkGEN and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

• Share subscription-based content outside of your personal use.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

milkGEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• There is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• There is fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate use of our services.

• Payment obligations are not met for subscription services.
