Cancellation Policy
At milkGEN, we value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Show Fee: A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm your appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without 24 hour notice, a No-Show Fee of $75 will be charged to your card.
Virtual Appointment Option: If you are unable to attend your in-person appointment, you may switch to a virtual consultation at the same scheduled time instead of canceling. To take advantage of this option, you must notify us at least six hours before your appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a No-Show Fee of $75 will be applied.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and reliable schedule for all our clients.
Refund Policy

milkGEN is committed to providing high-quality lactation support and resources. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing services or subscriptions.
1. Lactation Consultation Services
All sales of lactation consultations and related services are final. Due to the nature of personalized healthcare services, we do not offer refunds for completed or unused consultations. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session and being charged a No-Show Fee.
2. Digital Library Consult On Demand Access
milkGEN offers 1-month and 3-month access to our Digital Consult On Demand in the Digital Library. Please review the following terms:

No Refunds: All Consult On Demand purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used or unused access.

Billing: Access is a one-time purchase.

Plan Duration Commitment: By selecting the 1-month or 3-month option, you commit to the full term. Cancellations are not applicable, as all sales are final.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances regarding your refund request, please contact us at info@milkgen.com to discuss your situation. While we do not guarantee refunds, we are happy to review your concerns.
